Assessment

Pre-training, an assessment would be done by collecting information from the participants and the HR on the following aspects:

Assessment
  • Current Skill Level of participants – on a scale of 1-5, where are their current capabilities in this area
  • Experience- Total experience in years and experience in the current role
  • Role- Nature of work
  • Type of Managerial responsibility- No. of people being managed and % of work being delegated to subordinates
  • Depth of Training and Impact Needed- Whether a basic,
  • general or advanced course is needed
  • Additional information

Program Design and Development

Based on the information collected, an analysis would be done to figure out the way the training program has to be designed

The % distribution of discussion based, experiential or prescriptive training would be determined

The extent of usage of audio/visual aids, games, activities would be ascertained

Depending on these factors, the final program would be created

Methodology & Delivery

To make the program interesting, fun, and effective, a combination of the following is used. The proportionate usage of each would be based on the conclusions from the assessment earlier

  • Group Activities/ Games
  • Experience Sharing through discussions
  • Audio Visual aids to supplement and reinforce the learnings
  • Behavioral Changes to be implemented based on psychological analysis of each topic
  • Action Plan for each participant based on learnings
